SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process. Our products are fulfilled through two different methods, and your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on which items you purchase.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by shipping notifications with tracking information as your items are dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment method used for your products. Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time and are calculated from the date your order ships.

Drop-Shipped Products (Tapstitch Fulfillment)

Many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted manufacturing partner, Tapstitch. These items are custom-produced specifically for you, which means they require additional production time before shipping.

Production Time:
Print-on-demand items require 1-6 business days for production, depending on the complexity and quantity ordered.

Shipping Times by Region:

United States (fulfilled from Los Angeles facility):
Total delivery time of 5-7 business days from order placement. These items are produced and shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse for faster delivery to US customers.

United States (fulfilled from international facility):
Special Line shipping: 10 days average, up to 15 business days
International Express shipping: 5 days average, up to 7 business days
Standard Shipping: 25 days average, up to 30 business days

International Orders:
Express shipping: 5-15 business days after production
Standard shipping: 15-30 business days after production

Please note that international shipping times exclude local holidays and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

Important Notes About Drop-Shipped Products:

  • These items are made specifically for you and cannot be expedited during the production phase

  • Tapstitch primarily uses air freight to ensure timely and safe delivery

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • For international orders, you may be contacted to confirm your phone number before shipping

  • Orders will be held for up to 90 days if phone number confirmation is not received for international shipments

In-House Fulfilled Products

Products that we stock and ship directly from our warehouse are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Times:
Domestic orders: 3-7 business days
International orders: 7-21 business days depending on destination

These items typically ship separately from any made-to-order products in your order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions have restrictions or blocks on international shipping. Please ensure that international shipping is available to your destination before placing your order.

International customers are responsible for being aware of their country's import policies and for providing accurate contact information, including a valid phone number for customs and delivery purposes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your destination.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, or if there has been no tracking update for an extended period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons and holidays

  • Customs clearance delays for international shipments

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or logistical issues

  • Public health situations or international shipping restrictions

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your shipping information if your order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the fulfillment process has begun.
