This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Voodoo & Prayers website (the "Store"), which is operated via Shopify. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
This policy is designed to comply with applicable Spanish and European Union consumer protection laws.
1. Overview
Voodoo & Prayers is a lifestyle brand offering clothing, music, art, and related products. Some items are stocked and shipped in-house, while others are custom-made or produced on demand through third-party fulfillment partners.
Because of this mixed fulfillment model, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased, as outlined below.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of non-custom physical goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items

Made-to-order or print-on-demand products produced specifically for you

Digital content once access or download has begun

Final sale collections explicitly marked as non-returnable
These exclusions are permitted under EU consumer law.
3. Custom, Made-to-Order & Drop‑Shipped Items
Many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our manufacturing partner (including Tapstitch fulfillment).
By placing an order for a custom or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

The item is produced specifically for you after the order is placed

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started

Minor variations in color, texture, print placement, or finish are inherent to artistic and print-on-demand production and do not constitute defects
If a made-to-order item arrives damaged or defective, please see Section 7 below.
4. In‑House Fulfilled Physical Products
For physical products stocked and shipped directly by Voodoo & Prayers:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags intact

Proof of purchase is required
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

No restocking fees are charged
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized items

Made-to-order or print-on-demand products

Digital products (music, art, media)

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Products from five (5) designated collections identified on the website as non-returnable
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

If the issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion and as required by law:

For made-to-order items, replacements are limited to defects or fulfillment errors only.
8. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Shipping times provided on the website are estimates only and not guarantees.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

Customs clearance procedures

Carrier delays or logistical issues

Weather conditions

Public health events or international shipping restrictions
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partners.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify the order for a refund
10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend

Orders may be held by carriers for up to 90 days for international phone number confirmation
11. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
